The two ministries released 8 items of prohibited and restricted export list for pharmaceutical manufacturing industry

On August 28, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of science and technology adjusted and issued the catalogue of China's Technologies Prohibited from export and restricted export (Announcement No. 38 of the Ministry of science and technology of the Ministry of Commerce, hereinafter referred to as the catalogue). There are 53 technical items involved in the Catalogue: 3 items of technology prohibited from export related to pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and 5 items of technology items restricted from export.

According to the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the administration of technology import and export, all those involved in the transfer of technology abroad, whether by trade, investment or other means, must strictly abide by the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the administration of technology import and export.
